As the story begins he is sixteen and has just been reunited with his family. A lot has happened since he was seven years old. He even has a new sister. The family welcomes him back with open arms, all except his brother, Blake. Blake doesn't trust him. The entire family is trying to put their lives back together. There are many secrets buried in the past.
Did you read The Face on the Milk Carton by Caroline Cooney? This book is similar, but definitely for young adult readers. I couldn't stop reading!
